An offering for you to move to – a dance of our body to deeper layers of awareness. This guided practice divides loosely into 3 parts:
1. Moving in repetitive patterns, finding a natural state of trance
2. Melting the body boundary with the environment, exploring our body boundary, our awareness of the body in space
3. Slowing down motion into its extreme, into near-stillness, beginning to listen to the space in-between, the galaxy and subtle realm
And last part is of coming back into integration, human form, movement as a free being.
